Inglese bleu, manchmal auch, italienisch korrekt, inglese blú. schrieb in den späten 1970er und 1980er Jahre ein Buchbinder in Verona mit Bleistift auf die Titelblätter von 68 Buchblöcken, damit er später wusste, welche Farbe der Bezug des Einbands haben sollte. Ausserdem markierte er den Namen des Autors und einen Teil des Titels, um die Rückenschilde korrekt beschriften zu können. Dann band er sie ein.
Der polyglotte Auftraggeber der Bindearbeiten, ein deutsch-sprachiger Schweizer, besaß ca. 2000 Bücher okkulten und esoterischen Inhalts, größtenteils aus der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Die Auswahl, die er aus diesem Bestand getroffen hat, um sie binden zu lassen, kann ihren Grund ganz banal darin gehabt haben, dass die originalen Einbände der Bücher, meist Broschuren, nicht vorhanden oder beschädigt waren. Es könnte sich aber auch um die Lieblingsbücher des Vorbesitzers handeln, diejenigen, die ihm am wichtgsten waren, Kern seiner Bibliothek.
